Jimmy & Lizelle

Jimmy & Lizelle got married in George at Tramonto, where Maryke did an excellent job as their wedding co-ordinator. I first met the couple on the day of the wedding and what a lovely couple they are. They say that you are blessed if it rains on your wedding day. George is going through a bit of a draught so who would have thought that it could rain on the 27th of November. They definitely are blessed. She got dressed in George at Waenhuis guesthouse. The church and reception was held on Tramonto. Lizelle was quite emotional the morning because one of her best friends could not be at her wedding. Her bridesmaids however had different plans and they organised a surprise visit by the friend before Lizelle went to the church. Needless to say, make-up was needed afterwards. Jimmy & Lizelle, I just want to thank you guys that I could have been part of this special event in your lives. Enjoy the photo’s.

Anneré's Pregnancy Shoot

Anneré was 39 weeks pregnant and due any day. She phoned me on the Saturday and ask me if we can do a pregnancy shoot as a surprise for her husband. I really enjoyed the photo shoot. Her little one was born the next Wednesday. We also did a newborn shoot today which will be published soon.

The Wiese Family

Anelia asked me to take some nice photo's of her family(husband JB & son Ben as well as grandparents), since she is always the one with the camera in hand. We took the pictures at their home in Durbanville and we had a lot of fun. The shoot also included some of the family pets. Jan, their favoirite horse, I mean, dog and 1 of the cats. The Venter Family

Andries & Francia wanted something special to put up on their walls in their newly built home and what can be better than photo's of your family. They have decided to put two of the photo's onto canvas and make a blind out of it. Very creative. Can't wait to see the result. Enjoy the photo's.

Imar & Tamara

Imar & Tamara got married on the 25th of September 2010 at the Suikerbossie venue in Houtbaai. It really was a beautiful day, just perfect. Since it was a morning wedding we even had time to visit the harbour. Enjoy the photo's and thank you for the privelage to have captured your special day.

Charlene Mekel

Charlene asked me to take a few posed shots for her portfolio. We found a nice spot just outside Durbanville and had perfect weather conditions. It was a relaxed and spontaneous foto session. Charlene, enjoy the photo's.

Danielle & Kelbi Matric Farewell

Danielle and Kelbi have been friends since forever. So naturally they wanted to spend the biggest night of their school career together; the Matric Farewell.

These young ladies looked beautiful and took their date's breath away.

Greene Familie

Die Green familie: Graham, Anouna, Caleb & Joshua. Met twee seuns is stil sit nie ‘n opsie, dus het hulle my genader vir meer informele “fun” foto’s. Ek het dadelik gedink aan ‘n landelike omgewing waar ons meer vrye teuels het om “fun” te hê.

Die foto’s is geneem net buitekant Durbanville. Siende dat dit winter is moes ons ook die sessie ‘n slag of twee uitstel tot ons die perfekte wintersdag gehad het.

Alhoewel die son geskyn het was dit maar nog lekker koud soos te sien aan kleredrag. Dankie aan die Green’s dat ek ook hierdie spesiale oomblikke met julle kon deel.

GC & Christal

GC & Christal got maried on the 17th of July at a place called Louvain. Louvain is a farm about 40 km outside of George on the Uniondale road. We had one of the best days in winter that the couple could have hoped for. Perfect sunsine day and no wind. The watter puddles along the dirt road was evidence of what could have happened.

The couple is from overseas and I only met Christal on the day of the wedding. Everything from getting dressed to the reception happened on the farm. They got married in an old and very beautifull missionary church on the farm. Thank you GC & Christal for sharing this special day with me.

Mico & Marisé

Mico & Marisé het getrou in die Paarl. Sy het aangetrek by ‘n gastehuis met die naam Auberge de Courtrai in die Paarl. Die onthaal was by Rusticana.

Een ding van winter wat verseker is, dit leer ‘n fotograaf om te bid. Die Vrydag het dit nog katte en honde gereën, maar hulle troudag sal beslis onthou word vir die mees fantastiese dag wat ‘n mens kan indink. Geen wind en geen reën.

Ryno & Michelle

Ryno & Michelle het getrou by Twelve Apostles, waar sy ook aangetrek het. Dit is sulke dae wat die Kaap besonders maak. Die wind het wel gewaai, maar dit was die ongelooflike sonsondergang wat hierdie dag ekstra spesiaal gemaak het.

Dit was die eerste troue wat ek bygewoon het waar ons vir die gaste gewag het. :-) Baie dankie aan Ryno & Michelle dat ek hierdie dag met julle kon deel. Geniet die foto’s.

Willem & Esmé

Willem & Esmé het getrou in die NG Moedergemeente kerk in Durbanville. Die onthaal was by Durbanville Hills. Sy het aangetrek by Ruslamere in Durbanville.

Ons het ‘n lekker tyd gehad met die fotosessie en ‘n mens kan dit sien. Willem & Esmé, baie dankie dat ek hierdie spesiale dag met julle twee kon deel.

Chris & Elmien

Chris & Elmien het getrou op 'n plaas met die naam van Blou Bank so 10 km buite Tulbach. Die onthaal was by Morgensvlei. Dit is ook waar Elmien aangetrek het. Ek dink almal by die troue sal Elmien se "veil" nie gou vergeet en indien julle nie daar was nie, kan julle die twee gerus uitvra. Die weer het ook lekker saamgespeel. Ek het weereens die plattelandse gasvryheid ervaar en te oordeel aan die dansbaan wat omtrent op elke lied vol was glo ek almal het die troue terdeë geniet. Dit was beslis een troue wat nie gou vergeet sal word nie en daarmee wil ek net baie dankie sê aan Chris & Elmien dat ek hierdie besonderse dag met julle kon deel.

Ben & Adré

Ben & Adré het getrou in Bonivale. 'n Klein bolandse dorpie. Sy het aangetrek by die gastehuis A Place in Thyme. Hulle het getrou in die klip kerkie (Myrtle Rigg kerk) op die dorp en die onthaal was by Breede escape net anderkant die dorp. Wind het nogals effens gewaai, maar gelukkig het die son geskyn. Baie dankie Ben & Adré dat ek hierdie besonderse dag met julle kon deel.

Henry & Marlize

Henry & Marlize het getrou in Bergsigt kerk in Durbanville. Die onthaal was by Eensgezind.
Dit het begin reën terwyl sy nog besig was met die voorbereiding. Hulle sê dit is 'n seën indien dit reën op jou troudag. Dit het gelukkig opgehou en ons het 'n lekker fotosessie gehad. Geniet die foto's en baie dankie Henry en Marlize dat ek hierdie spesiale dag met julle kon deel.
